Job Summary:

NG Ballet World S.R.L. is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Leotard Sewers to join our production team. The successful candidates will be responsible for sewing high-quality leotards and dancewear garments, ensuring precision, consistency, and adherence to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sewing and Assembly:

• Operate industrial sewing machines, including overlock, coverstitch, and straight stitch machines.
• Assemble leotards and dancewear according to patterns, technical specifications, and quality control standards.
• Sew various types of fabrics, including stretch materials like lycra and mesh, with precision.
• Ensure correct seam allowances, stitching techniques, and garment construction as per production guidelines.

2. Quality Control & Finishing:

• Inspect garments during and after sewing to ensure high-quality stitching and finishing.
• Identify and correct defects, including loose threads, uneven seams, or misaligned components.
• Ensure proper elasticity and durability of seams to meet dancewear performance standards.

3. Efficiency & Productivity:

• Meet daily and weekly production targets set by the Production Manager.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and precision.
• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Maintenance & Safety:

• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Maintain sewing machines by performing basic maintenance (threading, changing needles, cleaning, etc.).
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience as a sewer, tailor, or garment worker, preferably in dancewear or activewear production.
• Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines (overlock, coverstitch, straight stitch, etc.).
• Ability to read technical sewing instructions, patterns, and specifications.
• Experience working with stretch fabrics such as lycra, spandex, and mesh.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality garments.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

• Full-time position with standard factory working hours.
• Ability to work overtime if necessary to meet production deadlines.
• Work takes place in a factory environment with sewing stations and industrial machinery.
